I only have fixture that are not in the list, I have programmed them all as intensities because if not, even the generic mixer controls them, how can I program a show if it doesn't take them into the functions?
I've always used a simple light mixer to program scenes and I can't use QLC + and I not understand..

Welcome to the forum.

You could request a fixture definition file for your fixture(s).

The basics of all are cues.
Did you learn a little bit, watching the good videos Massimo made? https://www.qlcplus.org/tutorials.html

In a cue, you set a certain look. So colors, intensities, (depending on your fixtures: position, gobo, ...) go inside.
You can call these individual cues, by a button on the Virtual Console.

Once you have some cues, you can combine them in chasers. Now the single cues are played in sequence (one after the other).
Inside the chasers, you can define timing (how long it takes to dim up, hold and dim down, before going to the next step).

I think GGGss meant to say "scenes" where he wrote "cues", just as clarification...

and also read the QLC manual, especially the chapters about simple desk, functions and the virtual console

and just to mention (in case I got your question right), If you have fixtures that are not in the list, you should create fixture definitions with the Fixture editor program that comes with QLC+.
