How to Build instructions for MacOSX Qt5

Hi Massimo,

I have been trying to build from sources and was following this step.

sudo port install libftdi0 pkgconfig libmad libsndfile fftw-3 ola

After a bit of trouble shooting in the error logs I released that libftdi0 should be libftdi1.

OLA is still refusing to install. I have opened a ticket with MacPorts. Hopefully someone can help sort that out.

Also for Mac users with muli-core processors Make -j n (where n is the number of cores) seems to run much quicker
