Problem with BitWizard Interface

Hi, I use BitWizard DMX interface for Raspberry....
When I connect Par Led via DMX out, no problem, all functions are perfect.... but, if connect my Scanners FutureLight PSX575, not control....
I have connect Scanner with another mixer DMX, and other USB dmx interface... scanners good....
I need help, because BitWizard not working with my scanners ???
