Hello,

i run qlc+ on raspberry pi4 and it runs great on it. Thanks for this.
I have questions regarding the issue with the speed dial on the webserver:
1. Is there an other possibility to change the speed of an chaser live from virtual console?
2. Do you plan to implement the Speed Dial in webserver?

Thanks for your help.
Best regards

Marco

You can create an extra tap button that controls the tap function of the speed dial

create a dummy dimmer and have a flash button assigned in your virtual console. You address the fixture in an universe outside of the ones you actually use and then use the loopback interface to feed it back into another universe... then you assign a remote input in your speed dial for the tap button with the according loopback adress

That's the worst help ever, sorry. I thought I am bad in explaining things. Can you please describe step by step maybe with some images, so that one knows what you are talking about?
Thanks!

Have a look at the Time Line of this thread:
- MDenstedt (Marco) posted his question on 23-12-2019 and has not been active on this forum ever since.
- DjofDark posted his answer on 04-01-2020 and has not been active on this forum ever since.

Then 4 years later you ask DjofDark: "Can you please describe ......."
I have a feeling that DjofDark is not going to make his come back (i.o.w. he has gone Dark). :)

The question of Marco however has been repeated several times on this forum, a recent one was on 22-07-2024: https://www.qlcplus.org/forum/viewtopic.php?t=17563.

For an Easy Loopback Example you can also have a look overhere: https://www.qlcplus.org/forum/viewtopic ... 234#p70234
