OK, Simple question

I have a row of LED bars, and 20 or so location spots. I want to be able to say if you select a color override the intensity of the spots to a lower number, is this possible?

In order to turn on the spots we run a Scene that sets intensity of the spot array and its only a few lights in the array that we need to lower the intensity for.

Lowering levels would ask for a submaster.
Only control those channels needs 2 cue's. One with the original, the other with the separate channels.
Now create a frame with a button for the cue for the separates. Inside that frame put a slider in submaster control.
Now you can lower the channels from the separate (cue) scene...
