Q Light Controller+

Hello, I'm new to qlc+ and I've been trying to play a show and that the lights work as set up in the show but nothing happens, don't know if I'm missing something.
I am able to control the lights in the simple desk but I think I'm missing something for the lights to work when I press play.

Ok, I've created a show in the show manager, I added some scenes in a song so they can be activated when playing that song that I have. I have the lights connected but nothing happen when I play the show.

Yes, you definitely need more detail...

I can only guess:
Your track is muted
You don't have steps in sequences

Could you please explain? how can I check if it is muted? Which steps?
