hello lighting people,
i'm setting up my light and audio console around a PI with qlc+ to launch audio and lighting functions on my own during my juggling show.
I use either nanopad, nanokontrol, or bcf 2000 according to my needs, and I'm encountering a few troubles.
-is it possible to have two midi controllers as midi input (nanopad and nanokontrol)?
-in order to simplify my sound check, is it possible to assign the sound level of an audio function to a rotary control on the nanokontrol of the bcf 2000?
-with my BCF 2000 I have 1 button that launches two functions (one light function and one audio) but i need to press the button twice so that it works, the same to stop it. when I press once, nothing happens, the second time, it works. What is this mistery?
Thank you everyone for your precious help

Yes - but it may be troublesome to know/define the exact midi-input device which is present at which port every time you start QLC+
At one production I had major troubles because of a powered USB hub...
Not that I know of ... QLC+ is not a sound mixer ...
Here I would need your project file to have a look.stefan531 wrote: ↑Sat Nov 09, 2019 1:56 pm -with my BCF 2000 I have 1 button that launches two functions (one light function and one audio) but i need to press the button twice so that it works, the same to stop it. when I press once, nothing happens, the second time, it works. If 2 functions have to start at once - use collections
If your hardware acting strange - you can change the way BCF acts when a button is pressed - see BCF config
If signals coming act strangely - check your input profile... you can enable a second signal emulation - see https://www.qlcplus.org/docs/html_en_EN ... files.html under button properties - "Generate an extra Press/Release when toggled"

Could you tell me how to do? I can't find how to select both nanopad and nanokontrol in qlc, if I select one as an input, the otherone deselects itself.stefan531 a écrit : ↑

Ok too bad... maybe a second Pi dedicated to sound will be simpler.stefan531 a écrit : ↑

When I'm remembering correctly, I had the combination of a launchpad pro & a nanopad fighting each other... no further investigation out of frustration at that time.
Since you are planning on using a 2nd Pi you could use the nanopad with the 2nd one and send trough Artnet to the 1st... but this makes everything (very) complex.

Thank you GGGss,
I've modified the bcf's profile in the way you told, it works fine.
I've made collections to launch two functions at once, works fine.
if you want to tell me what you think of my file, here it is : Thanks a lot
