No respond after tweaking Frequencies uDMX

Hello everyone!
I have some questions about tweaking frequencies on my 15€ China (poor quality) uDMX dongle.
Yesterday there was some series flickering with the default frequency settings.
After some research I find the sweet spot on 16 Hz. (master also 16Hz)
This fixes the problem on the most fixture types, but now only 1 of my 4 equal spots lit up.
it looks like the did not respond to the signal, (diasy chained fixtures work)
My questions is: can some one give me an advise about tweaking: channels,frequency and mastertimer?
Must the frequencies be the same? and is there a way to figure out how much dmx frames a fixture needs to wake up?
I only need ~100 channels
