I know that new actual lighting features likely get first billing and rightfully so. These are some features I humbly request to make the software more usable.
1. Load Default Show on Startup.
I am using QLC+ at a fixed installation (church) so we virtually never need more than one show on the computer; it confuses the inexperienced operators who just want nice, easy, pre-programmed buttons to use. If QLC+ could be set to load a specific show on startup that would make life easier for them.
2. Copy elements from one show to another.
Since I am still learning how to use QLC+, I have multiple shows on my computer based on what I am trying to accomplish. I'm getting faster but still it would be nice to be able to grab a chaser, scene, sequence, fixture configuration, etc. from a show I built earlier and drop it into the new show. Yes, I do understand how that undermines what I said about a fixed installation; We have two rooms at church and I have a "test" environment at home.
I had some others, all kind of copy/paste, normal office application type stuff....I'm not necessarily the sharpest tool in the shed for remembering things though.
Overall the software is great and extremely feature rich! Thanks!
