Q Light Controller+

I had a very simple setup working on my last computer, switched machines and now I am back to square one! I have 3 led light bars, dasiy chanied with power and dmx cables. The setup did work before.

I am using the dmx king usb controller. the configuration utility is able to speak to the lights, so the connection is there. I just can't get QLC to do anything...

Anyone out there really know there stuff? I would be glad to pay for some troubleshooting. Or let me know if you are aware of any "gotchas". thanks!

you could try adjust the settings of the Input/Output Manager which you probably did with your last machine (configuration of Plugin, Patching the right universe,... ). This is not totally stored with the workspace.

if you have selfmade fixture definitions you might have to copy the fixture definition files.

What is your old & new computer platform? Windows, Linux, Mac? Which version?

Are you using the same version of QLC+?

Did you install the appropriate drivers for your DMX interface?
