Faders and toggle not working - virtual or midi

Ask a generic question about the usage of QLC+, not related to a particular operating system

I'm tying to set up a busking profile and I'm running into some very frustrating issues. I've recreated an APC40 MKII in the virtual console so it's really easy to assign scenes to buttons/faders/knobs. Everything is placed within a frame so I can have multiple pages. For some reason, I can set the buttons to "flash" and they will work fine. Setting the button to toggle does nothing for the intensity. If I set the same scene to a fader, if the intensity channel is set to HTP, nothing happens. If I set the intensity channel to LTP it will just snap to full, no fading at all. Clicking on the scenes previews them just fine.

One thing I noticed is when I totally cleared my virtual console and made a single fader, it works like it's supposed to. What is going on?

You are making it a bit complicated to understand what is your issue.
Confusing things with HTP and LTP makes it even more complex...

And this cue has a fade in? And the APC button does not fire this function in toggle mode?
Have a look at the input profile - there you can select an option to mimic a second click of the button.
This could be the reason why the fade in never occurs (that's to say it fires for a split second) Disable fade-in in this cue and it should flash

HTP and LTP only comes to play when __multiple__ functions are run at the same time and QLC+ has to decide who is in charge... Highest vs Latest

Have it a try
