DMX Out Freeze with speed control

I have problem with relatively low cost DMX USB adapter with 4.12 http://www.soh.cz/en/products/usb-dmx-module.
I use it since some year with different version of QLC+ without problem.
Also the problem appear only on Win 10. With same project and adapter it work fine on Linux.

With 4.12 on Win 10, If I run project, it work fine, but if I try to change speed control, dmx out is freeze and fixture say no dmx receive (value in monitor window continue to work).
Dmx out return to work when speed control is set to 0

I try to change dmxusb.dll with the last of http://www.qlcplus.org/forum/viewtopic.php?f=24&t=12867 but without success.

Any idea ?
