Q Light Controller+

First, I'm really impressed by this project !
I participate to some other Open Source projects, QLC+ one has a good spirit ! Thanks Massimo Callegari !

Maybe this has been discussed. I had some research on this forum, but not luck.

If both a button and a fader are linked to a scene, pressing th button will enable the scene to 100%. The fader follows. Perfect.
If I lower the fader until 0, the button is disabled automatically. Perfect.
But why is it not the case if I manually set the fader to the maximum ?

The result is that if I press the button, I enable it. So I need to press twice for shutting down the scene.
Not so intuitive I have to admit.

What are you thoughts about this request ?
Please feel free to answer (kindly ) that I'm totally wrong.

Slider in level mode bound to the same fixture intensity channel as the cue behind the button I suppose?

If I would follow your logic - your button should be enabled @ value 1 on the slider - since you fire a cue (with a value of 1) - but then what should happen if you press the button again? Zero again right?
With visual feedback on your desk this will cause problems since you think cue is active (feedback - lit button) but your fixture is merely visible (with intensity 1)...

Taking it a step further: what if the slider is controlling multiple intensity channels? And now multiple buttons with multiple cues. Inside those cue's you include different intensity levels. What should the slider do?

Well, I guess I focused my request mostly for my specific need.

I'm using only scenes and chasers for theater use (1 fixture of 16 channels generic dimmer).
I use QLC for improvisational performances, meaning that we can't really forsee the show with cue list and we need to quickly adapt the lights to what is played.

So far, I created some scenes enabled by buttons, but sometimes, I need to also control the fade in/out.
In that case, the fader/slider would become useful.
But I'd like to keep the possibility to toogle ON/OFF the entire scene with a button (i.e on X-Touch Compact, the one below the fader makes a lot of sense for this purpose).

That lead to to my question above without considering that it would make no sense for many others cases.
Is that possible to achieve what I'm looking for using another way ?
