Chase fade out times getting corrupted

So a bug that I reported several years ago seems to have come back at some point - working with a chase that has a state 'flashing on' , and then fading out gets corrupted very quickly while working on it, causing the fade outs to just be ignored and the state to just flash on and off, rather than slowly fading out. It's very frustrating, and I'm not really sure what causes it to happen, but if I create a new one, it will work for the first few steps, and then will just fail, and no amount of stuffing around with values will make it work again.

BTW this seems to be related to having infinite hold times on the 'black' step that the state is fading to.

Sorry I had trouble getting this to happen again. Just trashing the chase and trying again has worked for the moment. Will reply if I get it to happen again.
It's actually a bug that happened years ago that was actually fixed, so I was surprised to see it again. Will be building a show in the next few days so will see if it shows up again.
