Dear Members,
I have an issue concerning the use of the "speed dial window" within the RGB-matrix.
The issue appeared since ver: 4.12.0
I 'm using Win10 - entec dmx USB Pro.
Test fixture: Stairville show bar tri 18x3W RGB
To make it easy I made a small test enviorment, see attachment.
Open the attachment with ver: 4.12.0 or higher.
In virtual console activate both buttons, red and green.
Go to simple desk and you will see the red channels, programmed with a 1 sec fade out, never drops to level "zero",
instead of the green ones, without fade-out, which drop to zero.
In the live setting the red pixels always remain on level 1 instead of the green ones which turn off.
The remaining level is related to the settings of the speed dial window.
Best regards,
Dirk
Pixels remain on when using fade out (RGB-matrix/speed dial window))

Hi Yokosuna,
Thanks for the response!
The issue is the way the same template delivers a different outcome in the "live setting",
F.e. version 4.11.1 versus version 4.12.1, same template different outcome
On a regular base i use longer fadeout time than hold time.
F.e. It delivers a nice effect when using multiple pixel tribar in the "random single" mode,
The effect looks like a star which comes on immediatly en fades-out as it disappaers,
this works with version 4.11.1 whitout any problem, in this case I use a hold time of 800ms and a fade out time of 5sec.
Best regards,
Dirk

I struggle with the same problem. Did you come across a solution?
Its amazing to have long fade-out times combined with short hold times. Downgrading is not an option for me, since 4.11 wasn't so stable for me and the new engine in v12 has been an amazing improvement.
