QLC+ 4.11.1 (Windows 10 and Ubuntu 18.04.1) same issue as below:

Created 1 function - Successful!
Toggled OSC input ON (Verified IP address and Port) - Successful!
Created 1 Input Profile - Successful!
Created 1 Channel with Wizard (OSC Address from external device) - Successful!
Assigned OSC Channel to function on Virtual Console - Successful!
Switch to Operate Mode - CRASH!^#^&

::repeate on multiple systems - same condition::

I tried recreating the entire project from scratch. Tried various versions of different functions with the OSC toggle assigned... same condition.

I toggled OSC Feedback ON and the issue resolved.

Is there some reason that QLC+ cannot respond to OSC without sending feedback, or did I just find a bug? Does feedback NEED to be on? If so, maybe just add feedback with ON function?

4.11.1 is not even the latest official release.
You might try 4.11.2 or 4.12.0 test build
