DMX-AN not getting output!

Hello I am using the DMX-AN and I have used this interface with Lightkey and it works great. I want to try this software for the multiple universes but I am having lots of trouble. I have setup my interface, i thought correctly but I am not getting any output. It recognizes the interface and packets are being sent. It just feels like something is blocking the output... like my interface is not supported? Can someone please help me out? Here are some screenshots of my setup. I am not sure what I am missing here? Any help would be appreciated.

You might need to set Universe to 1 and 2 (like in your device settings panel), and not 0 and 1.

I thought that too but when I try and change the universe from 0 to 1 it keeps reverting back to 0? Is this a glitch?

Well I am not really getting any help so I guess i am going to give up. too bad because it looks like it could be nice.

Some settings are not saved until you save a project. Just create an empty one and save. Settings should stick in there.

and again ... set QLC+ to send to your 2.0.0.1 device (it needs unicasts, not multicasts)
All electric machines work on smoke... when the smoke escapes... they don't work anymore

I have done that and I am still not getting anything I just don't know what I am missing. I know the interface works because if I switch over to lightkey it works fine. Here are some more screenshots:
