Q Light Controller+

I connected QLC+ to "Capture" via Art-Net at IP address 192,168,1,141
Raising the QLC+ faders, lights the correct lamps as expected but rather then see a steady output they flash sporadically.
Ideas welcome!

Totally ignore previous gibbering. The flashing occurred because some idiot had two instances of QCP+ running at the same time! (I plead the 5th)
