I'm not getting to add a 'moving head' fixture that i created with the fixture creator to the universe. It appears in the list but I can't add to the program. I can add all other types of fixtures and movings already existed but my moving head I can't.
No errors apears just not add.
i'm using ubuntu 18.04.1 LTS but in Windows 10 it's not working also

So, you're reporting an issue for a custom fixture, but you don't share the fixture file.
How can we possibly help you ?

after you create fixture you will have to copy it to your fixture folder. open folder as root before it will let you paste file in there, suggest you make add in brand folder or make a new brand or make folder My Fixtures and name is so you know what it is.

This is totally wrong information!
The fixture USER folder is in your USER directory, so no need to be root to copy a file in it.
Also, no need to create such "My fixtures" folder too.
