I have one of these that I got on Amazon.
It appears as uDMX (not ENTTEC) under Linux and appears to work fine with no additional drivers installed.
But on Windows 10 I have not been able to get the driver installed, so if you're trying to use it on Windows your mileage may vary. And it is possible that you may have more success getting the driver to install under Windows.

I couldn't get the uDMX dongle to work with QLC+ on Windows - apparently it's not supported on Windows (not sure where I read that).
I have, however, been able to get this dongle to work in QLC+ by running it as an ArtNet node using uDMXArtnetP5:

It works, but does not seem to be really stable - it locks up randomly, usually (but not always) when chasers are running. It has been good to get me going on QLC+, but in no way would I use it for a show.
