Novation Zero SL MkII - no feedback

Hi!

I have a Novation Zero SL MkII. It works fine as a one-way controller with QLC+ 4.11.2 both on Windows & Ubuntu Linux 17.10.
The problem is that I can get no feedback on the button LEDs from QLC+.
The MIDI feedback is enabled. I have tried to select Note velocity for the output. I have tried to change the channels too (both with CC and Note velocity). The input is coming in on MIDI channel 1. I have updated the Zero's firmware to the newest, but the issue is the same.
The Zero's manual says nothing about it.

I have attached a very simple project file. It has only 1 dimmer channel that turns on/off with the VC button. I also have a slider to monitor it. I have assigned one of the Zeros buttons to the VC button.
If I push the button on the Zero, the Zeros LED changes state and the QLC+ toggles the button. The slider also shows the value. Everything works fine.
If I push it again the same things happen. Everything is fine.
If I push the button on the Virtual console, then QLC+ does the job, but the Zeros LED stays in its last state. The feedback does not happen, so the Zero shows a wrong state with the LED.
If I push the button on the Zero, the Zeros LED changes state and QLC+ toggles the button. But the LED on the Zero is still showing a wrong state.

I have tried to monitor the Zeros MIDI1 output. At startup it send the following command twice (GMIDIMonitor with jack):
Channel 1, note off, C, octave -1, velocity 64

I have tried to attach a USB-MIDI cable. The same thing happens on the MIDI ports. I can have the Zeros output, but still no feedback.
I have tried Windows XP 32 bit & Windows 7 64 bit, with QLC+ 4.11.2 and the Zero. The same issue is happening, so it is OS independent.

It looks like Zero SL MkII has a third, hidden input and output that is responsibel for all the feedbacks. Novation support do not want to give more help than to install their software for it. But the software does not exists on linux. :(
