Possible bug with akai mini midi input

QLC + 4.11.2
Ubuntustudio 16.04 and 18.04
AKAI APCmini

During the configuration of the show, you are creating slider and buttons in VC and assigning scenes / fx / ect and external controls in this case using akai mini
with input plugin and activated feedback, in the moments that you change to play or stop to test results and continue editing, the AKAI console no longer works, in inputs / outputs it is recognized and marked, but it does not work, deactivating and reactivating the entry and feedback of inputs / outputs already works, in play mode it always works, it only stops working from time to time alternating between play / stop,

Summary of use case:
I add slider in CV
I add scene and external control to the slider
I give play and test external control.
works
I give stop and do the same with a second fader
when I assign external control, this is no longer recognized
I go back to play, and no external control of akai works
Solution
returns stop, disconnects and reconnects akai in inputs / outputs
Create your CV from start to finish in STOP mode or create your CV in live editing mode with PLAY always active.
Solution 2
Regression to QLC + 4.11.1

it becomes uncomfortable to have to activate / deactivate midi control while you are creating the show and it would be fatal if you lose control directly, with 4.11.1 never experience this error. a greeting
