Submaster without frame

Hey guys!
I have the following situation: i'm playing in a band and we needed a simple solution to control the lighting. For now i created several chases and memory's etc. I put them in collections and in de vc i create buttons for these collections, so that our audio engineer only has to press a lightning scene that matches the music we are playing. So far so good. But we've got a kind of pixelbar-ish fixture which is kinda intens for indoor use. So i would like to make a kind of submaster so when were playing outdoor we can rock, but when were playing indoor at a lovely wedding, the family doesn't need sunglasses . I've been searching but i could not get a right answer, forgive me if the answer is there already.
Some background info
-QLC+ is running on a raspberry pi in kiosk mode, so changing dimcurve in channel configuration for the fixtures is not a solution. Unless there is a way to change that with a macro/script
-The "pixel bars" are fixtures with 5 RGB heads and no dimmer channel, just 5x RGB
Thanks in advance!
