Q Light Controller+

I've been learning QLC+ but I've run out of time and have to program a show fast.

What is the best or fastest way to sync lights to a song being sequenced live from a Yamaha Motifxs midi keyboard?

I can sync up one midi channel/fixture to record lighting ques but how do I assign or record multiple scenes through 1 midi channel? Or is there a better way to do this?

I simply want to sync my lights to the sequenced music. Terribly sorry as I know this is a newbie question, just need help and I've run out of time. Any information or links to other threads are greatly appreciated.

You could use a cue list widget and let the MIDI input trigger the start of the chaser (i.e. the play button). Then multiples scenes as programmed in the chaser are played.
