Artnet or 1.31 Manual IP Address

Is it possible to manually set the IP address for Artnet or 1.31 outputs? The defaults 127.0.0.1, 10.0.0.56 and 10.0.0.101 seem to be locked when I click the tool key to set "universe configuration"

The IP-address is choosen by your O.S.
Per default Artnet uses 2.x.y.z netmask 255.0.0.0 - so if you want to be Artnet conform you have to set a fixed address in the 2.x.y.z range in your O.S.
e1.31 is sACN (streaming ACN) runs on top of network so the exact IP-address doesn't matter (as long as all participants are in the same range f.I. 192.168.1.x netmask 255.255.255.0)
What do you want to 'unlock'?
