Duplicating a cue line

Is there a way to copy a line in a cue stack and paste it into a later line in the stack? (I.E., same lighting scheme used in two or more different places in a show.)?

in a chaser there are dedicated buttons for copy & paste
If you want to reuse a setting or look multiple times and be able to change them all later on - use collections.
