Using 16-bit Channels manually

Hello,
I would like to know, if it's possible to create an 16-bit slider in the virtual console. I have few fixtures with 16-bit features, like pan, tilt, intensity and actually I just know how to use them indirectly, for instance by using transitions in chasers or using FXs. How can I use them manually? Simple example: one slider in the virtual console for the intensity of my fixture which has two intensity channels. The second is intensity fine.
Any ideas?
