I've just created this fixture in the Open Fixture Library. You can view it here: open-fixture-library.org/jb-systems/twin-effect-laser
Just click Download as QLC+ in the top right corner. You can ignore the combined mode, since it does not work in QLC+.

Have a look at the Open Fixture Library! It's a project to collect fixture definitions in a unified format and make them downloadable for different lighting programs, including QLC+ 4 and QLC+ 5.

I would like to submit the fixture for adding it to QLC+, but unfortunately the pan/tilt degree information is missing. Can anyone help? (I'm not really sure about the sense of pan/tilt degrees in a laser fixture though...)
