Just another generic RGBW Par from china.
I have added as many modes as i can, predefined for click and go where i can (this fixture supports blending of three colors, so QLC+ only supports blending two)

In addition to the "Coidak CO804" designator, my school has identical fixtures under the "Eyourlife" name (without a model number), which I've used with the same fixture profile as the CO804 with no issue (not your fixture profile or QLC+).
I've also seen listings for a suspiciously similar fixture as the "GBGS LED PAR Lights 54 RGBW LED Super Thin 8 Channel DMX512," the "Gohyo 54 x 3W Stage Light LED Par Light RGBW DJ Auto & Sound-Activated DMX 512 Controll Stage Lighting," the "Cootrue 100W 54 LEDs Super Bright Stage Light," the "TStoy 60W DMX512 54 LED PAR Stage Light," the "Anoralux LED PAR Stage Lights 54 x 2W LED RGB Stage Lighting," the "KTV Lighting Glorious," something to do with "Beautydecor," and many more.
Keywords that appear often on this fixture are "engineering plastic" for the shell, "horse race mode" for the chase function, and a 25 degree beam angle.
