Q Light Controller+

Hi, when pausing the show for around 2-3 minutes in either design or show mode between songs when the lights go to a basic white state, sometimes when trying to play the show again and allow it to move along the timeline to the next audio & lighting cue, the program will instead freeze and won't play, within about 30 seconds a program is not responding state comes up and I have to crash the program, reload it & the show, move the show to the correct position and resume. It's quite embarrassing for live shows as you can imagine as the LED Par's go to blackout & the moving heads do what they want because they have lost DMX signal.

I am on a windows 8 laptop running a USB to DMX converter from ENTEC.
