Took a definition from Patrick Rabl found here. Added heads. Changed some channel names to satisfy fixture validator. Not sure about the heads in the modes other than the 14 channel mode.

Tested. Works for me.

Found wrong heads (no need to define a head when there is just one) and mode names (why adding #1, #2, etc ?)
