Checkable Fixtures

Hi,
my idea is to simplify the virtual desk:
With increasing number of faders and buttons it is getting more and more confusing. Having lets say 6 moving heads, it might be helpful to have ONE x-y field instead of 6 and associated check buttons, so I could check fixture 1-3, set a position and store it, then check 4-6, set position and store it and so on. A subgroup seems not flexible enough
With modifier i mean to set #1 to 100% PAN value, #2 to 75% , #3 to 50%, #4 to -50%, #5 to -75% and #6 to -100% to achieve a kind of fanning. Has anybody an idea how to realize that without 100 Knobs and faders
