It's actually pretty straightforward to do a fixture definition from the manual. Since you provided a German manual, most of the nice people here won't do it... My first try is this: Hope it works for you.
If not: feel free to open the qxf file in the fixture editor and change it to your needs!

Thanks, I corrected just some smaller issues. Will propose to add it to QLC+.
