HI
I Like to make a WS2812B RGB Matrix and connect it to my RPI3

Can anybody help my with a link to a guide to do it / make it.

Google is your friend ... I've found different setups / hardware-solutions / configurations
It is pretty straight forward but has nothing to do with QLC+ as you will firstly be dealing with hardware.
Only after all the hardware is in place, QLC+ comes into play.
