Change the size of a slider

Hi,

I'm trying to use QLC+ on a 8" (1280 x 800) tablet running Windows 10. One problem I have encountered is that the sliders becomes quite small and isn't that easy to hit with the fingers. I know that I can change the moving length of the slider but I want to change the size of the moving part of the slider but can't find a way to do it.
