Hello, new to the program and have done some googling on the isssue but didnt find someone with the same problem...

For me QL+ only gets midi from the first channel bar and the general knobs and faders (master fader- crossfader etc) of the APC40. Its like channel 2-7 is muted, Buttons and faders.

Any one knows why?

According to this table you should use the OMNI channel (1-16)

I had a hard time finding this, so this is a note to other newcomers ( and to my future self ! ) :
In Inputs / Outputs, select the Universe to connect the APC40 to, on the right side, under Mapping, select AKAI APC40 for input and feedback in the MIDI line, then select AKAI APC 40 under the Profiles tab, then, back under the mappings tab, select the Screwdiver and Wrench button, select the setting "1-16"(this is hard to find if you don't know its there!) in the MIDI column for both in- and output.
A restart of QLC worked for me to recognise the new settings.

Hope this helps to others!
