Hey,
I don't know a direct way to achieve this, but you could have a look at the loopback plugin: http://www.qlcplus.org/docs/loopbackplugin.html
You can also try to achieve different functionalities on the same physical fader with different pages of a frame. Then you could use button 1/2 to switch pages. In addition to that, you could use the loopback plugin and scripts to jump to a particular page and use button 1/2 as shortcut for the script. In this way, you do not have to worry about on which page you are at the moment.
Give it a try and read the documentation about it (if you're German I can really recommend this tutorial: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SjgdwvK-J6w)
