Please check the order of the colour faders against your fixture. The datasheet I found goes:
R G B A W UV
I added the lumens too.

Again, strobe to "shutter" type. I know that this PAR doesn't really have a shutter mechanism, but to quickly recognize it within hundreds of channels an icon makes the difference.
Also, for future uses, having the shutter type set will allow QLC+ to simulate a strobe in the 2D/3D preview
