Q Light Controller+

Hi!
I've got a problem with this object.
I've define in as a generic dimmer or a generic rgb with 24 channels, but there no change of having it works.
Trying it on manual mode everything is ok, but in dmx mode in doesn't works.
If anybody is knowing how does it work could you help me please?

Can you please supply some information about this product? Googling the part only comes up with places to buy one.

I've solved, thank you.
It was a problem of position. This object only works if placed just after the controller, if there's something else between the dmx controller and the led controller it doesn't work.
