Hello,
not really complex (2 channels, 2 dimmers, 4 heads :D), but here is the fixture for the Showtec Stage Blinder 4 DMX including physical information.
Dimmers were numbered according to the manual (Dimmer Spot 1=Right column, Dimmer Spot 2=Left column).

Added, thanks.
However I think you got the heads thing wrong.
A head is indeed a light source, but it is also a part of the fixture that can be controlled via DMX.
Since this blinder has 2 controllable DMX channels, there can be maximum 2 heads. QLC+ can't do anything about it
