Scenes and Sliders

So, I have programmed a list of scenes with pan and tilt values, and I have them assigned to sliders(via the "Playback" tab) in the virtual console. The sliders are initiating the scenes, but the only problem is that when the slider goes from 000/255 to 001/255 all of the DMX values go to the full values represented in the scene. So, for instance, say Pan and Tilt for instrument 1 are on DMX 001 and DMX 002, and I have a scene with DMX 001 @ 060 and DMX 002 @ 140, and I assign that scene to Slider 01, when I take the slider to 128, the software is putting out DMX 001 @ 060 and DMX 002 @ 140, when what I want is for DMX 001 @ 030 and DMX 002 @ 070. I might also add, that when I drop the slider back down to 000, the DMX values are not returned to 000, and rather stay until the next scene is initiated. Does that make sense? What am I doing wrong? Is there a way to control the values stored in Scenes fractionally, or are they only "on" and "off"?

Stating "Urgent!" must not mean you get help faster, saying "Hello" at the beginning maybe does.
Read the documentation - this seems to be a simple LTP thing http://www.qlcplus.org/docs/concept.html#LTP

Sorry again for bursting-in like the Kool-Aid Man. I thought I had searched the Manual, but alas it is late, and I should probably quit for the night, haha!
You are exactly correct with your response, I appreciate you taking the moment of your time, immensely!
