DMX monitoring with Qlight plus

Hey guys, I want to use Qlight plus to monitor DMX input from a mk1 enttec pro USB dongle.

I've gone into input/output and selected universe 1, I have then selected the enttec pro DMX in for that universe.

I have then patched 96 dimmers on universe 1 however when I change the levels of the incoming DMX the dimmers in Qlight plus stay at 0.

Am I missing a step?

I have also tried setting the pro as DMX out with pass through. In the input window I can hit settings on the enttec and I'm seeing the serial there so it must be responding.

Try to enable passthrough and open DMX monitor, it should show the values.

Thanks for the reply, I have tried this and it still shows no values.

The input window says the deviceis working I have only DMX in and pass through selected.

If I close Qlight and open enttec pro manager that shows DMX in as working fine but it's a horrible interface.

I have no profile set, should there be anything in there?

So I sussed it, you need to add a profile.

It would be really cool if there were an easier way to add all the channels as it's quite time consuming but does appear to work.

I'll see how I get on and may well donate/purchase!

One useful feature would be fixed sized channel boxes in the monitor window that aren't affected by text also to have a darker style!
