Show Manager Tutorial

Hi, can anyone please suggest a tutorial for the Show Manager. I have read the Show Manager printed instructions in the Manual but having difficulty understanding how it works. A step-by-step video would be good. Thanks, Ray

Thank you, that link was helpful although I do still have questions. For example, what are the Steps used for? I am only using 2 generic par cans at the moment, until I get used to QLC. I find that I can put a single colour on each track but not two or more, is that correct?
