Dear QLC+ community,
I am a forum newb.
my friends and I have set up a stage in our community centre for local bands and artists to perform. we do everything for free and qlc+ has helped us a lot. here is a link to our youtubechannel.

it is basically some scrap dmx lights, and a couple of AliExpress pixel led strips in old TL-tubes. but hey it works. it is also in 4k
a lot of the songs are in dutch, some English but we are talking lights here people, focus.
anyways, thanks for the software. hope you can find a song that you like and we would love a feedback

This video is private. Can you make it public.skankerror wrote: ↑Thu Jul 16, 2015 11:01 am Hi guys,
thanks to QLC+ I can control from the stage light and video and play music of the show at the same time. I use latest QLC+ with qt5 on manjaro linux 64 with an APC mini midi controller, an Enttec opendmx usb, and a logitech webcam.

Even though I've been experimenting with QLC+ on various prototypes for quite some time, today I'd like to introduce you to one of these concepts: The Party Buzzer - a mobile 30-second disco that can be triggered with a buzzer.
See for yourself: https://youtube.com/shorts/he5PmVS6iG8?feature=share (Sorry for the YT Short - Apparently YT does automatically convert uploads shorter than 15 seconds and in portrait to shorts)
The buzzer triggers an Arduino, which sends one of 10 random signals to a Raspberry Pi, which then triggers a light show according to the signal. After expiration, the Arduino triggers a waiting scene on the Raspberry Pi and is ready to receive new input from the buzzer.
The device basically consists of two physical components: The base with Raspberry Pi, amplifier, speaker, power supply, disco light and a base plate with spot. And the detachable column, which is plugged onto the base plate and contains the Arduino and the buzzer. Via an external DMX port on the back, other DMX devices could be added (last I had connected a fog machine).

Thanks to the outsourced logic of the Arduino the QLC+ Ccntrol Panel is quite simpel and with the Web-Interface on the Raspbberry Pi its super easy to exchange files to add effects or new music.
