Triggering a chaser with dmx USB pro (enttec)

Please advise if I can trigger a chaser via a external dmx device via "dmx USB pro" when running the raspberry pi setup. Also can the "dmx USB pro" input from a dmx device and output to lights at the same time?

Which "USB pro" adapter are you referring to ? ENTTEC ? dmxKing ?
Normally they don't support simultaneous Input and Output on a single line.
Anyway DMX input is supported by QLC+. You can try on your computer first. You'll have the same thing on the RPi.
What is the RPi IR remote ? Does it act like a keyboard or something ?
