If you attempt to use the speed dial when you are using 'Live edit a function' the window and items within it are not selectable.

This is still a problem today with QLC v4.13.1, macOS 14.7.2 (this has been replicated consistently on multiple machines over many years)

'Live edit a function' does not allow you to act on the 'live' controls like a speed dial...
Or change the timings in the functions, or end 'live edit' mode and control the speed dial. The ability to combine both will cause internal engine confusion when you exit 'live edit' mode.
