Hello!
Please advise. I have a clone of the Martin controller for two universes. How to connect it to QLC+ and is it possible in principle. I couldn't connect directly and via ArtNET to DMX either. On a Win7 computer and Martin lightJokey works as it should, but it is very inconvenient compared to QLC+.

Thank you in advance for your help.

Did you admit now that you have got hold of a knock-off copy? A big NoNo is pointing in your direction.
As with many controllers worldwide, you need a license before they will spit out signals. I'm guessing that is your problem.

Or are we talking now about the "Martin USB Duo DMX Interface"? Then, this is a proprietary device that will only work with the accompanying software. info here: https://www.martin.com/en/products/mart ... -interface

I wouldn't be so sure, because I got this device for work, and it has no identification marks. My controller works fine with Martin. That's all I know about it. But I would like to try it in QLC+ if possible. A regular controller for Martin for two universes. The problem is that the device is already very old, respectively the software too. I would like to join something more recent.

As I said ... controller = proprietary software.
