I know people have asked about this specific controller before, but I've tried and maybe I'm not super technical enough to get it. I am working with a SP801E I got on amazon to create an LED Panel. I can use JINX! fine with it and everything works great, but when I try to connect QLC+ to this controller to make a panel, I can not get it to work. I created a panel 70 pixels wide by 8 tall across 4 universes. Each row of 2 tied to a universe.
QLC can see the node, but I just can't figure out what's wrong here.

You may have to try changing the transmission mode. It could be that your Artnet controller doesn't like the standard mode.

Hi!
I am struggling with a very similar setting (19x30 RGB Pixels split into 3 universes) and found an interesting effect: If I use the App that came with the SP801E ("BalanX"), all channels work just fine. The moment I switch to Artnet, they stop working. However, if I only address one universe at a time, it works just fine.
From what I have read in this forum and on the QLC+ documentation about Artnet, I suspect it to be a problem of data bandwith. Frankly speaking, I never trusted this tiny device to be capable of doing WIFI and LED controlling and Artnet processing at once. If my suspicion is right, changing the Artnet Mode might make a difference. Did you try that?
I don't have the device here, its in our rehearsal room but I will definitely try this and let you know.
Cheers,
Chris

In the above picture, the user shows its Artnet configuration. The Artnet universes 2-5 are being used. For this to work, you must alter the Artnet configuration in QLC+ so that f.i. universe 1 does send Artnet to Artnet Universe 2 and so on... https://docs.qlcplus.org/v4/plugins/art-net
