Hi,

in the function definition panel, I can set the fade in and fade out of each scene using the speed dials (see Massimo's tutorial #4 on Scenes).

I would like to set the fade in time for a some scenes using one rotating knob (same for the fade out time with an other knob).

How can I do that?

What I want to do:
I have a Korg nanoKontrol2 and 6 parleds. The dimmer of each PAR is bound to one of the 6 first sliders.
I use the S, M and R buttons to set a full color on each PAR (S->Red, M->Green, R->Blue).

As my explanations may not be very clear, I join my qxw file.

Best regards
Fred

I have added two Speed Dials to your Virtual console: one for Fade In and one for Fade Out (and just selected all available Scenes).
In order to have a Speed Dial only to work on Fade In, you need to set the Fade Out Factor and Run Time Factor to (not Sent), for Fade Out set the Fade In Factor and Run Time Factor to (not Sent)..

You might add a third Speed Dial to control your Run Time.

On the Input Tab i did set a range 0 .. 5 sec and select Knob1 to be External Control for Fade In and Knob2 to be External Control for Fade Out.
Feel free to change the settings to your likings.
