speed dial with external beat and multipliers greater than 1

Hello everyone

Firstly, I would like to say thank you for your support and for your work on QLC+.

I've been using it for some time in conjunction with VDJ, where I get the beat via OS2l.
In addition to the audio trigger, I use some RGB matrix or cue lists, which are controlled with the speed-dial to the beat of VDJ.
Unfortunately, I have the problem that the sequences do not stay in time with the beat if the beat multiplier is greater than 1. the beat triggers the tap again and again (that's how it should be) but it seems as if the timing value is reset and thus gets out of time.
I have already read this in several threads with similar tasks, but I have not found a workaround.
Is there a way to use the speed dial with multiples (up to 16 or 32) of the external clock of VDJ without errors, i.e. to stay in time?

I would be grateful for any tips.
best regards, Carsten

It seems that this problem has existed for some time, see link viewtopic.php?t=13072
No solution was found or disclosed at that time either.
So the question remains for me how to solve the problem with QLC if you don't want to be dependent on external dividers or timers.

Hi guys,

let me bring this topic back on top ;-)

I have the same problem. I´m using the speed dialer with OS2l an VDJ. With multiplier 1 it is working perfect. But when i try to get it slower by using multiplier 2 or 4 the speed dialer gets out of Rythm sometimes.

Is anybody working on that problem or found a workaround?

Should I post it in QLC+ 4 Issue reports?

greetings
Michael
